Privacy Policy — Master Social Scheduler

Master Social Scheduler is a private scheduling tool used by our team to prepare and publish videos on social media accounts that we manage.
YouTube access and use
When an authorized team member connects a YouTube channel, the application uses Google OAuth and the YouTube API Services to upload videos, set video thumbnails, and publish comments on that channel. We use this access only to perform the publishing actions configured by our team.
Data we process
The application may process connected channel identifiers, OAuth credentials, videos, thumbnails, captions, comments, publishing schedules, published video IDs and URLs, and workflow error logs. We do not ask for or store your Google password.
Storage and sharing
We store the information needed to operate the scheduler in our managed workflow and storage services. We send video content and the relevant publishing details to YouTube when publishing is requested. We do not sell Google user data.
Access, revocation, and deletion
Access is limited to authorized team members. You can revoke the application's Google account access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/connections. To request deletion of data held by this application, email mrcteamstock@gmail.com. Revoking access stops future actions through that connection; it does not automatically remove videos or comments already published on YouTube.

This application uses YouTube API Services. YouTube's Terms of Service are available at https://www.youtube.com/t/terms and Google's Privacy Policy is available at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
